When we stay in a hotel or resort somewhere,
each morning there're only the same old ABF or standard congee served.
So I fallen in love with hearty breakfast from 'Kung Lom Tuan Resort', Ampawa at first sight.
This is a super special breakfast from the mom of the owner called 'Khao Tom Jantaboon'
Jasmine rice boiled to the right texture were soaked in an aromatic spare rib soup, topped with juicy prawn (fresh from the market not the frozen one!) and pork mince. Added the finishing touch with coriander and fried chopped garlic and blue ginger...this is my idea of heaven's food! And if you're lucky enough, the mom will served you the duck jelly made from a coconut milk : )
